This book is a reference to many features in Excel 2013. As promised, there are exactly 101 Tips. Note that this is NOT a beginner's guide. If you are a beginner, I think a more rudimentary book would be better. The book is divided into 6 parts, each of which has an extensive set of "Tips" to discuss. The main sections are:

♦ Part II: Formatting
♦ Part III: Formulas
♦ Part IV: Working with Data
♦ Part V: Tables and Pivot Tables
♦ Part VI: Charts and Graphics

About the Author
Michael E. Cafferky (DBA, Anderson University) is the Ruth McKee Chair for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Southern Adventist University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, business strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational theory and business ethics. He also serves as the editor of the peer-reviewed Journal of Biblical Integration in Business for the Christian Business Faculty Association. In 2013 he received the Sharon G. Johnson Award from the Christian Business Faculty Association in national recognition of his efforts toward integrating faith and business in his scholarship. Prior to his work in higher education, Cafferky worked for twenty years in the healthcare industry at various levels of leadership including front-line supervisor, department manager, director of business development, CFO, COO and CEO. He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Christian Business Faculty Association, and was a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives for ten years. He also served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Cafferky is the author of eight books including Management: A Faith-based Perspective, Breakeven Analysis (coauthored with Jon Wentworth) and Scriptural Foundations for Management. He has published articles in the Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, Faith in Business Quarterly, Christian Business Academy Review, the Journal of Applied Christian Leadership and the Journal of Religion and Business Ethics. An active speaker at conferences, Cafferky has given presentations on faith and business topics in the United States, Australia, Africa, Russia, Europe, Canada and Mexico. He and his wife Marlene have two grown sons.

Excellent primer on an important subject

Initially I expected a very dry and academic treatment of the topic but was very pleasantly surprised. The book is in fact an enjoyable read. The case studies are plentiful and interesting, the writing is clear and direct, and best of all the integration of ethical frameworks with 12 biblical themes provides a useful framework for ethical thinking for Christians in business and for students. The questions provided at the end of each chapter are likely to stimulate much discussion. The initial case study concerning Jason C and the 'theft' of wifi services is sufficient to stimulate hours of debate. I recommend this book highly as a primer for anyone interested in the subject before moving on to deeper theological treatments.

Absolutely brilliant book!! Loved it!!!

When I read the preview sample of Fog, it didn't immediately grab me, however I wanted to know what happened further, so bought the book. Well, what can I say? Although I found the very beginning a little slow, it was definitely worth carrying on with, as the story very quickly picked up the pace and very soon I was literally LOL'ing on just about every page. There was more than enough action to keep things exciting, as well as a good storyline that made me want to find out what was going to happen. I loved all the characters-even the bad guys, while not exactly lovable, were credible and made me want to know what would happen with them.The ending was unexpected, I did not see that coming at all, and although I initially thought "ohhh, no", the more I thought about it, the more I felt the ending made sense. It just wasn't your usual run-of-the-mill ending.But extremely well done, just the same. Honestly I cannot recommend this book highly enough-easily the most enjoyable book I have read for a long, long time.Fantastic.

such a great story

An excellent read. This story begins with a thick fog, in the main characters mind and around him. There are severed body parts in the car and people hunting him.
This is part mystery with a dark twist, and the whole thing is written in a great, off handed sometimes comical style. The writer is so obviously from England so you might miss a few things when it comes to references or some of the dialogue but I doubt it will matter
The story is very exciting as the main character begins to unravel the mystery of who is hunting him. He will get help along the way from some very unusual and interesting people. And the whole thing comes to a dramatic climax in a very unexpected manner.
I found this one to be funny, a little bit sad, full of clever wit and interesting dialogue. As with any great story it felt like it ended way too soon because I had raced all the way through it determined to find out what happens on the end.

This spy-thriller romp balances humor and edge-of-your-seat terror beautifully - no mean feat. A fast and enjoyable read, Fog would make an ideal vacation novel. The story compels and unnerves, but Wombat keeps the mood from being too tense - and his unusual characters from being too clich�d - with laugh-out-loud normal-human details. There are a wealth of movie references here for those who enjoy a good in-joke, but the book's enjoyable even if you don't catch all of them. Certainly not a deep or serious read, but one guaranteed to bring a grin to your face (and a gripping handful of exciting moments to your knuckles).

This is a great study for those looking to her from God. But if you do this study please stay in step with what the author suggests in the leadership guide. This will be my third study and I look forward to it, the reason I am doing it again is I'm a pastor and am doing it with my church. You will not regret this study, but try to keep your group to 7-8. Highly recommend for those seeking God, Jesus Christ and an understanding of God's Holy Spirit.

About the Author

Bridget Copley is a chargee de recherche at the laboratory Structures Formelles du Langage, jointly affiliated with the Centre Nationale de la Recherche and the Universite Paris 8. Her research interests include the semantics and syntax-semantics interface of causation, aspect, futures, and modality. Copley received her Ph.D. in Linguistics and Philosophy in 2002 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is the author of The Semantics of the Future (Routledge, 2009).

Fabienne Martin is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institut fur Linguistik of the University of Stuttgart. She received her Ph.D. in Linguistics in 2006 from the Universite libre de Bruxelles, and is the author of Les Predicats statifs (De Boeck, 2009). Her research interests include lexical semantics, aspect and the semantics/pragmatics interface.
