A great follow-up to the previous Thomas St

A great follow-up to the previous Thomas St. James books in the series. St. James takes a new turn and adds a few new twists in The Elegance of Ruthlessness and focuses on a contemporary topic. It is engaging, fast-paced, and infused with a sense of realism that is characteristic to this author's writing style. A good, refreshing read for those who approach military history and operations from more radical perspectives than the conventional dogma and mantra common in most of the current military-based authorship.
