How Fargo of You is heartwarming and hilarious. I found extreme delight in Marc de Celle s newcomer observations of what most of us take for granted in this part of the country. It s a great read. Marc de Celle is a writer and consultant whose previous work includes the acclaimed 2004 report Anticipating Crisis. North Dakota Nice

This is a great read.
I too am a transplant to this frozen world.
The people here are amazing in their honesty and work ethic.
I will never leave... it is way to nice to depart and then suffer the plagues of the rest of the country.
This book makes you laugh, almost to tears.
The truth is subtle. Those who live here have had those
"Fargo" moments. These joys of spontaneous goodness must be experienced personally to be believed.

If you aren't from North Dakota - Read This!

This book is a great read: Both for those who live in the area and for those who wonder why we do. The book consists of short, contained chapters that make it easy to pick up and read in bits and pieces....if you can put it down after you start reading, of course. Marc de Celle writes with humor, intelligence, and heart. Buy it for yourself and buy it for friends and family. You will thoroughly enjoy it.
